  Speed & Agility Class

• The main mission and goal of this class is to provide the student athlete with the knowledge and instruction in proper sprint form.
• Will focus on overall sports agility through drills, form analysis, and instruction
• This instruction will help not only those who are in track and field, but all sports.
• Will work on lateral movement and footwork
• Provide small group settings to ensure proper instruction and a “one on one” feel
• Will instruct on plyometrics and form drills that will improve overall athleticism
• Great for beginning athletes all the way to the seasoned veteran.

Extreme Pump

NEW OPEN GYM for toddlers & preschoolers beginning  October 4! Join Coach Casey for the Preschool/Toddler Open Gym on Monday & Wednesday at 9:30-10:30. Parents are welcome to participate. One hour of supervised gymnastics fun just $5 per child.

 Parkour

 Parkour has arrrived! This phenomena originated in France and involves traveling as efficiently as possible through one’s environment.   It utilizes speed, precision, balance, agility & coordination to navigate through obstacles. Extreme fun...challenging workout for novice or advanced athlete, teens-adult!  Movements are scaled to ability. Seven week session on Wednesday 7-9 p.m. beginning Sept. 8.
 

You Go Girl!

A class just for you, just for girls ages 10 and over!  Looking for something new, something fun?  YOU GO GIRL is a fast moving class that combines gymnastics, tumbling and conditioning into a 1 1/2 OR 2 hour class.  This class will make you move and groove.  Bring a friend and have some fun.  Class is offered Tuesday 6-7:30 OR 8:00 and Thursday 5:30-7:00 OR 8:00...take both and receive 50% off second class!
