 Parkour

 Parkour has arrrived! This phenomena originated in France and involves traveling as efficiently as possible through one’s environment.   It utilizes speed, precision, balance, agility & coordination to navigate through obstacles. Extreme fun...challenging workout for novice or advanced athlete, teens-adult!  Movements are scaled to ability. Seven week session on Wednesday 6:30-8:30 p.m.  Ages 13 and over...adults this is for you too!
 

You Go Girl! begins again in the Fall 2011

A class just for you, just for girls ages 10 and over!  Looking for something new, something fun?  YOU GO GIRL is a fast moving class that combines gymnastics, tumbling and conditioning into a 1 1/2 OR 2 hour class.  This class will make you move and groove.  Bring a friend and have some fun.  Class is offered Tuesday 6-7:30 OR 8:00 and Thursday 6:00-7:30 OR 8:00...take both and receive 50% off second class!  Now offered on Sunday from 1-2:30 too!

 Tumbling for Girls

10 & over

Wednesday 7-8:00 p.m.

A great class to learn or develop tumbling skills!  Practice your skills on our floor excercise area or tumble trax.
