Attire: Leotards, t-shirts, leggings, shorts are recommended.  Baggy clothing is not permitted.  Hair must be tied back.  Jewelry is limited to stud earrings only.

Class registration & fees:  All new students/parents must a complete a New Student Registration/Waiver form prior to the first class.  Class fees are due at the time of registration.  Checks, cash, Visa/MC are accepted.   A $25 late fee will be applied to unpaid balances after the first week of classes.  Returned check fee is $50.  Class registration is on a space available basis.   Pro-ration of class fees is limited to new JS! students who are enrolling after the start of a session.  Refunds are issued to anyone canceling enrollment prior to the start of the session. 

Emergency closings/cancelled classes: In the case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, it may be necessary to cancel classes.  FOX 8 news will  carry our closings.  Morning and afternoon class cancellations will follow the Beachwood City School District closings.   We will post closings to our website in the early morning.   Evening classes may or may not be canceled for the day,  CHECK THE WEBSITE FOR UPDATES!

Make-up classes: Make-up classes are permitted on a space-available basis in order to maintain our instructor/student ratio.  Make-up classes are scheduled through the office and must be completed within the same session. 

Student drop off & pick up:  All students must be escorted to and from the building by a parent or guardian.  A student is not permitted to leave the building without a parent or guardian escorting them.  Students may be dropped off no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the start of class and must be picked up no more than 10 minutes after the class ends.  A $10 child watch fee will be assessed.

Health and safety issues:  Should a student have a communicable illness, infection, or lice, we ask that you observe the necessary precautions before returning to class.
