WIT/MIT Class

(Women In Training/Men In Training Class)

Length: 1.5 hours

The WIT/MIT class is our adult gymnastics class led by coaches who are excited to help you accomplish your own personal fitness goals. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced gymnast/athlete, this class can accommodate your levels and abilities. Our class is a great and supportive mix of returning cheerleaders and gymnasts, parents, cross-fit athletes, and beginners who have never done a forward roll before. Come get an awesome work out, learn some new skills, and utilize our plethora of gymnastics equipment (such as our in-ground trampoline and the fifty foot tumble track system).

When: June 10 - August 12, 2020 | Wednesdays 6:15-7:45pm 

Cost: $10.00 drop-in fee

Past goals that have been achieved include:

  • Holding a handstand

  • Doing a back handspring

  • Getting air awareness

  • General strength and endurance

Acro Yoga Class

Length: 1.5 hours 

Acro yoga combines the practices of acrobatics and yoga while drawing inspiration from circus arts and cheerleading. It usually includes a base person, a flyer, and a spotter. The Acro Yoga class is a great place to experiment with partner and group acrobatics. The class will be instructed by a coach experienced in acro yoga who will provide instruction on the basics as well as teaching new moves. The gym is equipped with ample matting to try new moves safely. All levels are welcome!
