Adult Movement/Fitness Class
Length: Tues 6:30-7:30 1 hour
The Adult Fitness & Movement class is designed as a multi-discipline and full-body workout. Each structured class combines gymnastics skills, dance movements, and calisthenic strength exercises in an animal flow workout. Animal Flow is an innovative bodyweight movement workout that combines ground-based movement with elements of the various body-weight training disciplines to create a fun, challenging fitness program.
Women/Men In Training (WIT/MIT) Open Gym
Length: Tue & Thur 7:30-9:00 1.5 hour
The WIT/MIT class is our adult open gym led by coaches who are excited to help you accomplish your own personal fitness goals. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced gymnast/athlete, this open gym can accommodate your levels and abilities. Our class is a great and supportive mix of returning cheerleaders and gymnasts, parents, cross-fit athletes, and beginners who have never done a forward roll before. Come get an awesome work out, learn some new skills, and utilize our plethora of gymnastics equipment (such as our in-ground trampoline and the fifty foot tumble track system).
Past goals that have been achieved include:
Holding a handstand
Doing a back handspring
Getting air awareness
General strength and endurance
