Gymnastic Skills Clinic:
Gender mixed beginner to advanced gymnastic floor skills clinic for ages 5-14 yrs. Students will learn the building block drills & body positions to prepare them for beginner to advanced tumbling
Wednesday 4:30-6 pm $25 first enrollment & 1/2 price for each additional enrollment for the same class from the same account.
Back & Front Tumbling Clinic:
Gymnasts aged 5-14 yrs that have mastered front & back handsprings will learn more advanced techniques for front and back tumbling including aerials and twisting.
Wednesday 4:30-6 pm $25 first enrollment & 1/2 price for each additional enrollment for the same class from the same account.
Open Gym:
Open gym is offered to current, new, & previous students. An updated release & waiver can be completed prior to entering the gym. All ages are welcome. Participants under the age of 7 must have an adult accompany them at all times in the equipment and gym area.
Thursday 3:30-5 pm $10 per participant
Twister Drop-in Class + Daytime Playtime:
This gender-mixed Twister class for ages 1-6 yrs begins with 45 minutes of structured and lesson planned instruction and concludes with an open playtime component. This allows the gymnasts to practice the concepts that they have learned and experienced in class. It is also a convenient opportunity to sample a gymnastic class with no long-term commitment.
Friday 3:45-5 pm $25 first enrollment & 1/2 price for each additional enrollment for the same class from the same account.
Flips Drop-in Class:
This gender-mixed Flips class is for ages 5-14. The groups will be separated by age and skill set. Each structured class will include all of the traditional Olympic events including vault, bars, floor, trampoline, & balance beam. This is a great way to sample a gymnastic class with no long-term commitment.
Friday 3:45-5 pm $25 first enrollment & 1/2 price for each additional enrollment for the same class from the same account.
